For more than 50 years, UNI’s history program has prepared future historians, educators, public servants and community leaders. With a strong emphasis on career readiness, students gain hands-on experience through research, teaching, internships and community partnerships that connect their passion for history with real-world impact.

Through the Our Tomorrow campaign, more than $1.9 million has been raised to shape the future of history education at UNI. Gifts provide scholarships, strengthen faculty excellence and expand opportunities for students to turn their studies into meaningful careers.
